Recently I got the Esp32-PICO-D4 chip. It is a SIP, all esp32 modules components are included in a single ESP32-PICO-D4 chip.
OK Have look at it.

If you are from AnalogLamb, is AnalogLamb planning to sell ESP32-PICO-D4 and/or the board based on it ?
By the way, on the ESP32-WROVER ALB32R Breakout board AnalogLamb forgot to include pull-up resistors on IO0 & Reset (EN) pins

This is not the schematics of the board I've got with ALB32-WROVER. It is a simple breakout board, with no active components and no pull-up resistors.

At least there is an "R1" label on the silkscreen

Yes, You are right. There is no resistor. It is a breakout for esp32-wroom. But my pic is a breakout for esp32-wrover. We will improve it.
Thanks for your feedback.

If you're updating your breakout designs, please consider adding capacitors (a 100nF decoupling & 10uF or more of bulk capacitance) to VCC. A large number of bug reports (flashing errors, random resets, etc.) are caused by breadboard breakouts like these which do not include any capacitance.
Consult the ESP-WROOM32 module datasheet "Figure 2: ESP-WROOM-32 Peripheral Schematics" for a suggested circuit.
If you are able to increase the bulk capacitor to a higher value than shown, up to 100uF or so, then this will further improve reliability with breadboard power connections. Use a low ESR type like a ceramic or tantalum capacitor.
A lot of your users (plus me) will be very grateful.

Thanks. We will update the breakout boards. Breakout is development board
