I'd like to know is it possible to separate user account and administrator account, so that we can have an admin account that oversee all registered device for diagnostic and OTA and we have user accounts that only have access to their registered device? Is it already covered on the paid version of the service since so far I haven't seen it on the free version?
That's all for my question, any info regarding this matter is much appreciated.

The public as well as private deployments of ESP RainMaker indeed have admin and end user roles. You can read more about these roles here. On private deployments, the differentiation is much clearer though, since the node registration itself happens differently and is managed by the admin users.
