ESP32cam: disable white LED while using gpio4 for LCD

Hi
for some reason my LCD screen only works when its RST is connected with gpio4. The thing is the white LED is always on and consumes a lots of energy.

Is there a way to disable the white LED while using gpio4? Ive read about Ledc commands but maybe I did it not correct it does not work.
Also I have read about setting 2 different clock frequencies and 2 timers, but how exactly is it done? What keyworks should I search and read?
