Hi,
I have an app running on an ESP32-WROOM-32U.
It involves digital inputs, digital outputs, Wi-Fi and EEPROM reading and writing.
The digital outputs are driving three red LEDs, using 330 ohms resistors.
Signal to digital inputs is sent from the 3.3V source of the board, using 10k resistors.
On Wi-Fi I have a captive server and MQTT publishing.
The board is connected to a laptop, the laptop is plugged, not on battery.
Is working ok in the beginning but, if it runs with one LED on for, let's say, 30 minutes, without any change in digital inputs and outputs, only using Wi-Fi for MQTT publishing, a second LED turns on by itself.
I didn't check the second time, but it seemed to me that, after some other time, the third LED also turned on by itself.
If I run a simple app which is keeping one LED on and the other two LEDs off, nothing happens, thins are running normal.
What's happening on the digital outputs, is there a voltage which is slowly rising?
Is this because of the Wi-Fi?
Thanks!
Digital output turning on by itself
