Can't ping ESp32-request time out

i build a transfer-file application on esp32 based on SMB protocol, it almost works well at the moment.

my esp32 set as a access point (it is granted IP as 192.168.4.1 and another client PC can access to transfer files bilaterally)

of course, In client PC, I can ping IP of esp32 well.
However, when I try transferring a heavy file (Megabyte size), i can't work, the IP of esp32 still is 192.168.4.1 and my client still connect to the network generated by esp32 but I couldnt ping (it returns "request time out") and I also couldnt access smb server on ESp32
because my smb server works on PC,therefore I believe that the problem relates to the memory distribution of ESP32, perhaps RAM of Esp32 is not enough for transferring a heavy file?

How can I test the the limitation of RAM on esp32? or any idea for my trouble, is appreciated
