Is the ESP32-S3-MINI-1 powerful enough for this?

Hello,

I'm looking at the ESP32-S3-MINI-1 for a task that consists in:
- On the first core: repeatedly record 1 second long samples of 48 kHz / 16-bit audio, and perform DSP on it
- On the second core: send some data to a server every minute

Would this uC be powerful enough for this?

Probably? Hard to tell without knowing what the DSP and the data sending entails, but it generally sounds doable.
