Building dfu.bin in visual studio

I want to build and flash the application to ESP32 S3 using DFU mode. But I am not seeing a build option in visual studio code, all I see if flash in DFU mode, but I am getting error as it is unable to find dfu.bin. Kindly point me to any detailed document to perform this operation.
