Breakoutboard for esp32 qfn48 5x5

Where can I get a somewhat breaoutboard for the esp32 qfn48 5x5? The problem is that there are 14 pins ontop and at the bottom as well as 10 pins each right and left; so there are no standard breakoutboards possible. The the pitch is 0.35mm, also not common. The space between 2 Pads are 0.070mm, no PCB company does such precise work, the limit is most likely 4mil, which is about 0.1mm
