Unable to get scan list during re-provisioning

I am using BLE mode for provision the device. In device i wanted to have provisioning always available even if device is already connected to station. Once provisioning is done and if Im retry provisioning I am able to get BLE connected but not getting scanned APs List in BLE Prov App and in code it is stuck in scanning.

I need to get Active list of Access Points without disconnecting station connection. I am running my ESP32S3 in BLE mode of provisioning, Any inputs will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
