How do i convert pdm signal read from mems microphone using i2s_pdm_rx example to pcm

i am using esp32 wroom 32 and mems pdm microphone i am getting data but i dont know how can i convert that data into pcm signal i want to measure sound pressure levels with that micro-phone.
