is it possible to create a Debugger out of esp32s3 to debug other arm based controllers. STM has something called Blckmagic probe which allows it to debug other MCUs with stm32 is it possible for esp32 to implement something like that.

A quick search leads to https://github.com/flipperdevices/blackmagic-esp32-s2 , I imagine it won't take much, if any, modification to run this on an ESP32S3.
