Wifi+L2问题咨询

我有一个应用场景，ESP32-S3作为终端的wifi station，所有的终端连接到局域网中ap，我想在数据收发的时候通过2层网络设备收发，请问不连接网线仅通过无线方案可行性。 因为我看API参考中：A user program can read/write link layer (L2) frames from/to ESP TAP device. The ESP TAP device can be currently associated only with Ethernet physical interfaces.
