I am currently designing my own board and it would be great if someone can look over the schematic/layout before I order it.

Have you looked at the hardware design guidelines for that chip? At least your power supply needs some work there.
Aside from the stuff in the design guidelines:
- 15pF feels like a bit much for the caps near your crystal. How did you calculate that?
- With those 5.1k resistors in series, USB is never gonna work. Why do you have those there?
- Not sure what antenna you're connecting to the thing, but having that go via two through hole connections (=stubs) might very well mess up your signal strength.

Hello,
as long as I kwon GPIO8 pin has not a internal resistor, so may be not correct to left it floating to correctly go on "download mode"
Check "strapping pin configuration" on the manual.
