Is the esp box lite and the esp box lite development board same?

I am attempting to create a system that requires offline wake-word detection in conjunction with speech recognition. To accomplish this, it seems that esp boxes would be the most suitable option for me, but they are not readily available where I live. I was able to find an ESP Box lite development board, but I'm uncertain if it includes the aforementioned features. Does the ESP Box lite development board have the same capabilities as the esp boxes, with the only differences being the capacitive touch screen and the shell? And if all other peripherals are there present on the board.
