Certification required for ESP32WROOM32 based device

We have designed a device using ESP32WROOM32 module which is controlled using an application through Bluetooth.
I want to know what kind of certification is required for uploading the app to apple store.

I think it's better to contact Apple store. They can give the most authentic info regarding their criteria.
