A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet header

Hi,


i am using my own board with esp32 for one application. while i am flashing code i am getting an error. can i get some suggestions for Common reasons for this error.

Howdy,
The search on this forum is unfortunately poor ... so it is very understandable that you couldn't find previous matches to your question. However there is a good work around. Go to google and search with exactly the following:

site:esp32.com Timed out waiting for packet header

The prefix at the start asks google to constrain the search to the forum web site.
