Can I compile the esp32 solo module without using the development kit?

I get an error when I connect as in the picture below.

Where am I doing wrong?

- That board is unlikely to be capable of powering an ESP32. Try a power supply that can supply at least 3.3V.
- You also need to connect the strapping pins as well as EN. See the datasheet for more info.
