Doit ESP32 DevKit V1 not detected

When connecting the ESP32 DevKit V1 card via USB cable to the computer, there is no detection or any action in Windows 11. Not even the screen whitening occurs when a new hardware device connected by USB is detected. Literally, nothing happens. I have already tried with several cards and with various cables. The problem has happened to other people with the same card reference and on other devices with different USB cables.
We downloaded the 'CP210x_VCP_Windows' and 'CP210x_Universal_Windows_Driver' drivers, installed each one, and performed the respective test, but there was still no detection of the card or change in the device manager.
