Resources to Learn how to use the ESP32S3?

Hi all, I recently got an ESP32S3, and I plan to make a small micro drone. I have the board, the sense camera, and some motors, but there are very few resources on how this works. I'm very, very new and would like to know a good place to start. Essentially what I want to do is control some small dc motors (3 V) using the board, using the camera to allow the drone to move autonomously to a destination. Im not sure in the slightest of how to make this happen, and thought that if I posted here, I could find some resources. I also heard that the board was capable of tiny ML, and id like to learn how to incorporate that too. But currently, all I want to know is how can I connect my dc motors to the ESP32S3, and utilize the camera to allow my drone to move in a direction. I'm not even sure if an ESP32S3 is capable of doing these things, and if it is I have no idea how to figure it all out, so therefore Im asking here. I'm very, very new to all of this, and would like some help. Thank you!
