esp32-c3-mini-1 with package code XXN4 and M4N4

Hello,

Are there differences between esp32-c3-mini-1 modules with code XXN4 compared to M4N4?

Recently got a batch of M4N4 modules, we tried 5 out of the batch and none of them could be flashed. We replaced the M4N4 modules with XXN4 modules and everything works as usual.
