Embedded PSRAM information of ESP32-PICO-v3-02

In the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 chip/module, the embedded PSRAM initialization is done by the firmware or must be initialized by the application?

If you use ESP-IDF, if you enable psram in menuconfig, it will initialize it automatically.
