Wrover-Kit V3 enable button

hi guys

not sure but can someone test this
enable button (sw1) is without function.
usually the kit reboot on push and release.
not here on this

if push bootloader button (sw2) and press sw1
and release sw1 then bootloader mode is here

i wounder, is there a change in this in V3 ./. V2

Can you tell me if the devboard is connected to a computer, and if so which OS and terminal app you use? It may be that one of the hardware handshake lines manages to inadvertantly disable that button.
