Looking for 4G module - Australia

I have a requirement to push some data to the internet directly from vehicles and wondering if anyone can recommend a 4G module that interfaces ok with the ESP32 or whether something like a parttile.io device would work ok?

The data is being send to an online app that receices json packets over http.
