pytest_simple_ota.py and pytest_native_ota.py seem to be old fashion using IDF 5.0

We nailed a lot of issues down to get these scripts working but finally we gave up on missing the EnvConfig.yml file and the IDF_PATH not defined. The new path variable seem to be IDF_TOOLS_PATH so, and we are sure that is not the last issue with these python scripts. Anybody can enlightening us how to get these scrips to work ? Python is not our skill set.
