EN / FR project: virtual potentiometer from web interface

Good morning,
I've done a lot of research but can't find a solution

Today I use two potentiometer (physical) connected to an Arduino.
It gives me a value between 0 and 1024.
This result is used to change the color and intensity of a lamp.

To improve my project I would like to redo it with an ESP32 and replace the physical potentiometers with virtual potentiometers on a web interface

J'ai fais beaucoup de recherche mais je ne trouve pas de solution

Aujourd'hui j'utilise deux potentiomètre ( physique) connecté a un Arduino.
Il me donne une valeur entre 0 et 1024.
