ESP32 S3 module : Question concerning BLE MTU negociation.

Good afternoon,

When I put in my firms (At the start of the BLE), that I would like a MTU of 255 bytes, when
two ESP32 S3 modules connect to each others and when the MTU negociated is 255 bytes.

If the connection is lost and if the connection is asked again between these two equipments,
is it possible to say if the second time, the MTU will be 255 again ? Or is it possible that the MTU
changes at the second connection ?
