ESP32-S2 save an image on SPIFFS to use it in my javascript HTML web server

Hi I'm new using esp32-S2 previously i have used esp32 but some tools that i'm used to use doesn't work on esp32-S2. I would like to know how can i save images in SPIFFS to use them in my javascript HTML web server. When i was using esp 32 i used to use the esp32fs plugin but it doesn't work with esp32-S2. I've been searching for a way to upload this images to SPIFFS but i didn't find anything. I'm using ArduinoIDE 1.8.19. Any help or orientation is welcomed. Thank you for your time and assistance.
