Adding support for our custom ESP32-C3 board in Arduino boards manager

Hi,
We have designed a custom board using ESP32-C3,

, Can someone guide us in right direction on how can we get our board listed with custom pin definition on the repository of ESP32 for Arduino.
There is no clear information.
How we can create our board variant and make it available when people install ESP32 boards from Arduino board manager.
