Enable SPIRAM with WROOM Module

Hi,

Is it a valid configuration to have the SPIRAM enabled built for ESP32-WROOM-E module?

CONFIG_ESP32_SPIRAM_SUPPORT=y
CONFIG_SPIRAM_BOOT_INIT=y
CONFIG_SPIRAM_IGNORE_NOTFOUND=y
