hi guys
i use this power board for esp32 wroom with fingerprint , DS1307 to control relay

i wrote the code on arduino ide and it worked
But after a period of time, the circuit is unstable, the relay output device is flickering

I think the 7805 ic takes a long time to get hot. so i think i will change to ic lm2596 with schematic new

You can post your design here for reviews: https://www.pcbway.com/project/questionpublish
This circuit is stepping down the voltage in multiple steps. Personally, I think this circuit has a lot of chances of power loss and noise. Here are some more suggestions for esp32 power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrCgQgahzsI

I stopped using linear voltage regulators as they are inefficient and can require additional cooling.

I now use dc/dc buck converters, type D4012. They don't occupy much space, run cool and so far I've not had any problems with them.
As they work to 40VDC input they are ideal for most applications.
I add an extra 220uF capacitor on the output for smoothing out peaks and a 100nF to remove any short transients.

To date I've not had any problems with them.
