No upload connection

Hello,
I'm trying to flash an ESP32-C3FN4 controller via an ESP32-C3-DEVKITM1 (without an "ESP32-C3 Mini1" board).
I've connected my board to the devkit (3V3, GND, EN, GPIO9, TX and RX). I don't know how to connect the "SPI" pad.
When I connect the ESP32-C3 Mini1 board it works right and I'm able to flash the board but when I'm trying
to flash my board (see pic) I'm always get the message "ERROR no connection".
Is there anywhere a pcb layout of the ESP32-C3 Mini1 board or what isn't right?

I've solved my problem!
I think that the GND of the controller didn't have connection after soldering.
Now it works fine!
