ESP32 no longer shows up in device manager/thonny

Hey, my DOIT ESP32 DEV KIT v1 (and 2 other working ESP32 I've tried) no longer shows up in device manager on my laptop (Windows 11). The ESP32 works on other PCs and I've tried multiple cables.
The usb ports still work with other devices (mouse, usb stick and an arduino) and I've done a factory reset of the laptop. I've also tried manually installing the drivers needed (https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-t ... =downloads 1 universal driver)

It worked a few days ago but I'm all out of ideas for troubleshooting the problem.
