ESP32-WROOM-32U on DevKit C V4

Hi

I am trying to run BLINK on a DevKit C V4 development board. It compiles. I shows that it is uploading without error.
I get the following message at the end of uploading:

I cannot find the ESP32-WROOM-32U or the DevKit C V4 in the list of supported ESPs or boards.
I have tried the ESP32-DEV-Module without success.

I have tried pressing boot when uploading.

What am I doing wrong???

this message at the end of compile is classic and Ok ...

can you connect a terminal PC ( same virtual COM used for Uploading ) on your board
to check / see the progress in program (but MUST BE disconnected to be able to do Upload!)
