Unknown Espressif device shows up on my LAN

Hi all, today an unknown device named: Pulseac44c7b000 listed as an Espressif device.
It can be Pinged, but it has no open ports.
How can I find out what this is?

I have no ESP devices in this network to my knowledge.

Some Googling turns up this, as a possible candidate, although I can't tell if that device has an Espressif chip inside.

Just start unplugging things. You must have added the device to your network to give it a wi-fi password.

Use a WiFi analyzer available free for Android. It will help you find where it is in your house.
