3D step files and gerbers(or drillfile) for ESP32-Ethernet-Kit A v.1.2

We’re developing some test equipment for a customer that requires ethernet and POE.
This will only be produced once in a small batch of about 30 units so we’re considering basing it on your ESP32-Ethernet-Kit A v.1.2 to make a fast, easy, and still relatively cheap solution.
The problem is just that we need the exact pin positions of the GPIO headers and the 5v+GND header.
To make nice 3D drawings to present to our customers a STEP model would also be useful.
So, I’m hoping that maybe you could supply us with STEP model and gerbers(or drillfile).
We use Altium here so we can also import CAD files from various vendors if your ok with sending the CAD source files.
