Where can I find the CE Declaration of Conformity with the RADIO EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE 2014/53/EU?

I am also needing confirmation of the following statements:

a. No radio restrictions applied to this radio module. (This can be provided within an e-mail)
b. The radio module has been constructed so that it can operate in at least one Member State of the European Union. (This can be provided within an e-mail)

I cannot find that in any of the document available in the website https://www.espressif.com/en/support/do ... rtificates

I only find test reports but no DoCs
