Only these resources are public so far: http://espressif.com/en/products/hardwa ... /resources

look like, the things here in forum are go to old version and info stand,

where the resources get an update ( 2016.06.15 ) for download
and here there are no infos any more.

why then this protected area if the things are online at espressif with newer information?

i never understand these salami tactics

now i read, that kickstarter get more infos ( NDA ) as we developer here.

why?

@espressif
why?

we're here stuck in a drawer and gather dust.

Good to see a new datasheet. For me, the next documents I want to see are gpio matrix, memory/cache usage details, and DMA controller. Fwiw I have a data sheet for a similar part here that is 800pgs. No pressure. ;)

Will SOMEONE mark the early post as DEAD, Wrong information, SCREWED UP or just delete them, "Looks like ESP32 is the same as the ESP8266, QNF32" is something we don't need to see. :|

Espressif, please provide a MAX interchange export of the package. Downloading Orcad any version does nothing since you can't save anything which means it is a waste of time.
"The min file extension is nowadays mostly related to a special layout format used by OrCAD software. This type of .min file is saved in special Max Interchange Notation format that is used for transfer of converted PBC data in ASCII format."

This should take three minutes of your time and save countless hours of our time.

I must be missing something:
In order to use the three UART devices I have to have the FLASH (25Q64 in my design) wired to the pins for function 5. In your PIN strapping guide there is no means to tell your boot code to user function 5 SD access so how can I use U1RXD and U1TXD?

UART can be mapped to any gpio through gpio matrix. Download latest docs from http://espressif.com/en/support/download/overview

I can't find where to post documentation errors:
ESP32 Datasheet 3.1.3 External Flash and SRAM
"ESP32 supports 4 X 16 MBytes of external QSPI Flash" this indicates 4 times 16MBytes

"ESP32 supports up to 128 Mbits of external DUAL or QUAD SPI Flash memory"

The SRAM issue:
On the IO_MUX page where is the address and data pins for a SRAM chip? How do I tell the memory controller?
Am I not looking in the right PDF?
