How to load AT firmware into module?

Hello everbody,
Im currently working on my Thesis where Im trying to implement Wi-Fi comunication. As HW i use ESP32-C3 WROOM02U standalone module. Im trying to load AT command firmware into this module but without succes (attemps based on https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... index.html). So my question is what hardware connection is needed to flash that module with correct firmware? Is it possible to do that only with USB-UART?
