ESP32 WROVER AT Firmware/Module Bluetooth Certification

Hi
We are looking to integrate ESP32-WROVER module in our product. We only need to use the module as SPP Master using the AT firmware. A key requirement is for the module to be Bluetooth certified as an end product. Is "ESP32+AT firmware" certified as an end product? If so, can we get the DID and QDID certificates please?
