Latest esp8285-1MB-at No AT response

Hi, I downloaded two esp8285-1MB at -Images I found from Buildserver runs in last 2 months, no serial AT response at all from none.
I have some image from somewhere from 2023-08-15 which does respond (AT - OK), everything else the same.
I would prefer having a Wifi Firmware downloaded from expressif and not from somewhere.
No Official 1MB Release

I don't know if a new error got into the project in last half year, or my working image has some changes from the Expressif one for the Pi Pico RP2040 ESP8285 board

I have an ESP8266 Board with 4MB Flash and tried Release v2.2.1.0 and v2.0.0.0 and get no AT-Response at all with that images either.
There is an check implemented in flash_download_tool_3.9.5.exe configure/esp8266/spi_download.conf

that also fails, you can see the bytes from Booloader, Message readable with log_check_baud = 74880, but no response with 74880/115200 to AT+GMR.
ESP8285/8266 work fine with other images, e.g. from Arduino.
Who successfully flashed and worked with that AT images lately?
I don't know what I do wrong.

I'm not sure "RP2040 Pico W" board can work with Espressif's AT firmware, since it is not from Espressif.
