Devices appears "offline" but I'v got connection

Hi, I'm having a strange problem with the Rainmaker app. The devices appear as "offline" when I go to the detail view ("offline at xx:xx") but the changes on the node are still reflected on the APP but I have no control from that view, I mean the controls are disabled in the detailed view of the device. However, on the main screen (where the app shows all devices and nodes) I can control or take action on the devices with the main parameter (e.g. power parameter). Has anyone else had this problem?
