RainMaker Dashboard now allows to delete unused nodes

We have been receiving messages from users saying that their quota is full even if they don't really have 5 devices. A primary reason for the confusion was that the phone app itself showed less than 5 nodes. However, quota is linked to admin relationship, which is accessed via the RainMaker Dashboard, whereas the phone app shows only the end user relationship. You can read more about such roles here. Since there was no way to remove the admin relationship, the only option left was to get the quota increased by sending an email to esp-rainmaker-admin@espressif.com. Even then, having unused nodes show up on the dashboard is quite inconvenient. Not having an option to delete the node had some legacy reasons, which are no more valid.

So now, if you want to remove your unused nodes, just head over to https://dashboard.rainmaker.espressif.com/, and click on the delete button under Actions column on extreme right. This will also help you regain the lost quota. You can still get your quota increased by sending us an email, but we hope that the delete option will help you optimise your quota and keep your account clean.
