Important Update regarding RainMaker OTA Firmware Upgrades

Amazon has been slowly migrating their server certificates from Digicert to Amazon Trust Services. This also includes AWS S3 which is used to store and fetch OTA firmware upgrade images. The OTA server certificate in ESP RainMaker was updated with this new certificate in Feb 2022 by this commit. In May 2022, we also integrated ESP IDF's certificate bundle in RainMaker so that any future migration has very low probability of failures.
The old digicert certificate is still valid on the public ESP RainMaker deployment, but it will be deactivated by 15-Oct-2022. If anyone has any devices in field which are still using the older certificate, please upgrade your devices by 15-Oct-2022.
After the certificate is deactivated, any devices using the older certificate for OTA will have to be manually re-flashed.
