Is there any tooling for generating the POP information and integrating it into a manufacturing context? I'm thinking of a scriptable application that could print a sticker and save an entry to a database at the time the device is getting factory firmware programmed.

For Private RainMaker deployments, we have an admin CLI tool to generate and register node certificates in bulk. This same tool also generates QR code payload text and image files required for provisioning. You can read the usage here.
