Gmail group not receiving the registration verification code

Hi, I tried using the Gmail group for my company's development team to create an Esp RainMaker account, but it seems that the group cannot get any verification code from the platform while this email address can be used as an App Store/Play Store account and it's receiving other emails.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can you send an email from that address to esp-rainmaker-admin@espressif.com so that we can have it checked internally?
