Error exit code 127 when installing version 5.1.3

Dear,

I have tried to install version 5.1.3, but failed. The message was: "Installation has failed with exit code 127".

I use a PC with Windows 11. I have used the "Universal Online Installer 2.24". I have selected the version 5.1.3, the Espressif IDE and all ESP32 versions offered. The installation process runs for a while. When the exit code 127 is announced, it is stated that the log may provide more information. I chose to see the log, but what was shown on the screen was the Windows System32 folder. I do not know how to interpret that.

What does "exit code 127" mean?

What should I do to repair the installation?

It is the same problem, as I have with version 5.2.

Is it a problem with the "Universal Online Installer 2.24"?

Any help is appreciated.

I had the exact same Error exit code 127 and display of the System32 folder when show logfile was selected.

Started the installation "esp-idf-tools-setup-online-2.24.exe" again with "Run As Administrator"
