So, I have been trying to setup Eclipse but Iam unable to find this tab/ bar in which I need to change the Launch Target.
This is what Iam looking for: (Second Image)


And this is all I got: (First Image)

It is the textbox in your screenshot which has "Local" displayed. If you hover over it with the mouse, you may get a tool tip (on Windows anyway).

So Iam on Windows, But this is all I have:
Iam Unable to get that "Local" drop down.

Can you do this from the menu?

Window -> Appearance -> Show Toolbar

I can do this:

Window -> Appearance -> Hide Toolbar

and my window looks like yours.

If I do it, It hides it. But when I open it again I cant see it.
Maybe a Reinstall
