VS Code IDF Onboarding (IDF Tools Install Error)

I am trying to install The ESP-IDF extension using the Onboarding Configuration Tool
Windows 10
Python 3.9.1
git version 2.29.2.windows.3
I get as far as the IDF Tools "page". After installing the tools, the "Go to next step" button does not appear.
The output gives this
I am not sure what to do next. Thanks for any help.
