Can't install ESP_IDF extension in VS Code

The first attempts to install ended with an error when installing python (ssl wrong_version_number). I don't know how to solve this problem. Then I deleted everything and tried to install everything again and got the following:

Should be fixed in 1.4.0 . There was a change in the release URL of ESP-IDF in Espressif download servers.
