VScode keep being asked to "search for compilers on this computer"

Hi,
Each time I open up VScode to work on a project I keep getting the message "Search for compilers on this computer". Where I click this or click on white space to close the message, the code compiles ok. This happens on multiple projects, I am running on Windows 11 platform. Is there a way to stop this happening?

Probably a message from the Microsoft C/C++ extension ? Could you share some screenshot or output ?
